Re: Insane stuck throat feeling for months now. Help needed on figuring it out!
This got very confusing. You could have corrected it as long as you did it before you replied to yourself.
As it is, I've made an attempt to gather together the results with dates.
September 2016
TSH 7.5 mU/L (0.3-4.2)
FT4 16 pmol/L (12-22)
December 2016
TSH 6.3 mU/L (0.3-4.2)
FT4 15 pmol/L (12-22)
Anti-TPO test to rule out Hashimoto's <28 kU/L (<= 60)
February 2017
TSH 8.5 mU/L (0.3-4.2)
FT4 14 pmol/L (12-22)
Anti-TPO <28 kU/L (<=60)
Testosteron 34 nmol/L (5.5-25) [34 nmol/L = 9.81 ng/L = 981 ng/dL]
25-OH Vitamin D3 130 nmol/L (50-150) [optimal 150-200]
I wouldn't use any more money on Anti-TPO. It's good, so thank your lucky stars and move on. Rather, get a FT3 if it's available, to tell you what you have available to drive your metabolism. TSH is high, so that makes me think your FT3 will be inadequate. Total Testosterone is good. Again, if it's available, a free testosterone would tell you the active portion available for your body to use. However, if you feel good, don't bother. Vit D needs just a bit more supplemented to get in the optimal range.
On future testing, you might consider getting a serum sodium and potassium. They might be part of a larger blood chemistry panel. Google potassium and eyelid twitch. Both low potassium and low magnesium are implicated in muscle spasms, but the only reliable test for magnesium is RBC Magnesium (red blood cell).
