By the way, I think I have had bloodtest results like from couple of years ago (regarding TSH and FT4). This was prior to any supplement I took, because it was way back earlier then. I think I had lower TSH (within range), I don't know it for sure (but I will find soon hopefully). Would that mean it's okay, if Iodine rised my TSH so much? Is it something I should worry about (even though I mentioned the temporary rise was possible myself, because I read it somewhere? Could there be another culprit for the rise?

Oh and on a sidenote, is it very possible to reverse something like hypothyroid to a normal working thyroid as if u never had thyroid problems? I just wonder if people had any succes with it. Would that also mean, once u go off the iodine, it would full reverse to going hypo again, or would that take some time because the body is saturated with Iodine (once u complete supplementing and provide the body of the nutriënt it needs)? I know these questions may sound weird, but I just wonder how the body would function/respond to such a thing (THEORETICALLY). Thanks again, I really found all the help so valuable. It definitely has kept me from making a couple of mistakes lately. Something we all need a push in the right direction, I feel.
