I'm assuming this stuff crosses the blood-brain barrier pretty well and I'm guessing the physical properties of Turpentine are probably similar to that of polyethylene glycol and that's the reason it makes you have multiple bowel movements because it most likely has a laxative like effect. I would start out with a few drops first and work your way up to a teaspoon eventually. You don't know how your body may react to this stuff. Just my personal opinion.
