I've been experiencing systemic inflammation throughout my body from the Turpentine I've read studies where it can cause inflammation when injected into animals. So does anyone know if this is a sign of a herx-reaction or is it a sign that it's causing me more harm than good. I already have chronic inflammation from this disease as it is. I'm only doing a tspn of it. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
