One of the things I would do in a class of young christians is to put a special chair among the circle of chairs for everyone to sit. This one chair had a sign on it. "Reserved for Jesus". Now you may ask, why I would do that. After all, who does that benefit? Does God need a chair to join us? Or do we need a reminder that He is there in the midst of us? He is with us in Spirit, and when we talk, think, do...we do it with Him in mind/heart. Just like you do in any relationship, there is communication. There is thoughtfulness. There is action. There is change in those who seek God in such a way, that they are moved to seek and do God's will on earth. Everyone has their part and everyone will do according to what the Spirit wills them to do.
