Hi frostymug, I'm just researching essential oil brands and many say not for internal use.

I am looking at purchasing
Now foods Essential Oils
Cinnamon Bark, Clove and Peppermint Oil all from iherb:

Is this the brand you used internally and had no problems with? The item description doesn't specifically say you can't use it internally only that it is for aromatherapy use.
