I dilute the oils with coconut oil as my previous post outlines. The research shows no harm to the gut biome from taking small amounts of either cinnamon oil or clove oil. I took them for 6 months with no ill effects. The two essential oils that I know should never be taken in any amounts is tea tree oil and wintergreen oil. Thanks for your input.
