Hi Chrisb1 I know that you posted a really long time ago, however and I hope you get this, I had some questions on Water Fasting and want to ask you about it more. Anyway to email you as that would be easier. I want to do it the right way but just need a little guidance. Eventually I would like to do a 28 day fast once I know I an do it.
