Re: Hard facts

Mouse,]
that is all very well having no hard scientific facts to work on to support the view that fruits and vegetables are not depleted in nutrients as compared to decades past.

What I do know is this, and where nothing but nothing can replace personal experience rather than science: after all we rely on personal testimonials in many cases here within curezone to reveal healing and health-improvements that "Science" has yet to explain or even want to explain.

I live on a mostly raw plant-based diet, and have done so for nigh on thirty years, but it was only after taking quality supplements within the last five years or so, that my health has improved beyond measure.
I have far more energy and mental clarity, than I ever thought possible, with a complete cure of a lifelong depressional illness that only supplements have provided. Without them I would be still living a life devoid of the above.

Quality supplements have transformed my life immeasurably and this is an experience that can be shared: the proof of the pudding is in the eating, so unless you have tried it for yourself it would in my opinion be foolhardy to ignore, and you or anyone else would be missing out on, to your own detriment.
