I haven't yet made my mind up, I just want to find some genuine research. Besides I do various things to prevent nutrient loss such as not using anything other than water to wash my skin and hair, thus I do not have to replace large quantities of skin and hair oil each day, and my hair oil production has now gone back to normal, for many years I shampooed each day. I also find eating plant based means no body odour, methionene in meat (containing sulfur) is a big cause of this, according to Dr John McDougall. Scientific evidence relating to red meat found here also http://chemse.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/31/8/747
with the full PDF at http://chemse.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/reprint/31/8/747
- complete with references. If only I could find this for nutrient depletion! Dairy also affects Body Odor , according to that article, and one at NaturalNews http://www.naturalnews.com/019777.html
I digressed a little, but that Oxford Journal report does illustrate the kind of Science I am looking for.
In a year ot two I will get some blood work done and see if I am deficient in anything, but until I find a problem I can't see any need for a solution.
I have written to a couple of organisations such as http://realfoodcampaign.org/
asking about research. Be interesting to see if I get any responses. And I'll also ask on the TCC webinar in January.
