You are right, Matt, I have no idea what I have! Worst is the hours I have spent here trying to figure out. I appreciate the info you are sharing. You give me some very good starting direction. Ph of my stool was done, and it was 7.5. I seldom have alcohol, and can easily cut out what I do drink. I take inhaled steroids daily for breathing and they added a steroid nasal. I'm afraid I couldn't breath (asthma) without the steroid inhaler, but the nasal one I could probably ditch. Recently did a Medrol dosepak, and I think things were set-back after. Wonder if the plaquenil I take is setting recovery back?? I plan to try to see Dr. Yu.
