Thanks to all of you for sharing your numbers! This is helpful to see where others are. Are any of you still on here to give an update on your progress? I started with my copper very high, at 9.0. After 3.5 years I'm now at 0.9, an indicator of biounavailable copper. Zinc has been between 14 and 20 the whole time. My ratio was consistently low until the copper flipped to below 2.0, then the ratio became high. So I went from toxic copper to biounavailable copper.
