Yeah it has improved a lot, my selenium has also doubled. Theresa Vernon told me that the copper and selenium increase show that my adrenals have strengthened a lot even though my sodium is still a 3. The sodium has remained a 3 because I am not taking anything to increase the sodium or potassium levels at the moment only the ratio.
