I love this forum because we can all share information. I have been interested in what everyones zinc/copper levels have been while doing NB. If you don't mind could you please post your levels for each of your tests. I know some have toxicity and some have deficiency.

Mine are-

1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th

Zinc 19 18 18 18 20

Copper 1.2 2.8 1.2 1 1.1

Note- The 2nd test of 2.8 copper was after supplementing for 4 months with limcomin.
