2nd " " 12.0 " " 0.9

5th " " 7.0 " " 0.9
6th " " 12.0 " " 1.1

From 1-4 Was my first year on NB taking approx, 150 mg of zinc daily

5-6 after six month break with minimal amount of zinc daily
