Seattle- According to ARL and TEI the ideal ratio is 8 for both men and women. The copper toxicity does indeed show up on the hair as evidenced here in this case.

This is the only documented one so far that I have seen the entire time I have been doing NB. His ratio of 1.18 revealed a severe copper toxicity. I too am concerned about the newbie who just starts automatically assuming he is copper toxic and loading up on vitamin c and zinc.

Your level of 7.5 is almost at the ideal. Lucky for you!
