Re: boredom while fasting

Blood draw and dentist cleaning done. Don't think I got too light headed after blood and didn't drink any water @ dentist. Awesome. The cleaning paste was sickly sweet, but I cant kick the dentist apt to outside my fast window cos I have no clue how long the fast is.

Anyway I am nicely salivating again, so its 20hr since my last liquid intake, hoping for 3-4 more days. Tounge is coated white but nothing is too bad smelling and in fact its looking like a normal day. Nothing different.
Somehow I feel my doing push up's and leg lifts are keeping my blood flowing and keeping me warm. I feel. Either way its 30-50 pushup's total a day on a 1' rise for my hands. So its a 45 degree to 15 degree not a 30 to 0.
