Re: boredom while fasting

Day 4 for me. Previous meal Sat 12-2, I had water/salt/acv/baking soda/green/black tea 48hrs in but that was 15hrs ago. So 48 hr dry, then ~20hrs of water/tea then 15 back to dry. I am hoping to go back to dry for 3+ days if I can.

Anyway I feel good and pretty energetic and like I want to take on the world.
A mild dragging kind of headache back of my skull.

I have a blood draw for labs coming up in the next hour. No fear. I have a dental cleaning apt @11 am. Worried I may end up drinking some water, but I'd not worry that too much, I'll just restart the dry section I guess.
I am doing semi hard dry fasting. Brushing my teeth and water is used to rinse my mouth. I wash my hands when dirty, but I am not showering. I know my skin will take up a lot of warm water if I shower sort of defeating the purpose of dry fasting.

Now my mouth is dry after spitting after brushing teeth, but I know it will salivate pretty soon.
