Its a light workout. Just dumbells and I do like 20-30 reps with light weights. Hammer curls, front curls, side arm lifts etc etc, all with light enough weights to do 20-30 reps.
I find that it taps my glycogen store or something like that and gets me over the cold and hungry spell.
