Thanks for your replies, you seem to know a lot about fasting. I've been laying in my bed or sitting basically most of the day. Is that okay to spend fasting in these positions? What I mean is I've read somewhere that sedentary lifestyle isn't healthy and is detrimental to your overall health even if you do some exercise throughout a day, it wouldn't recompenssate the wholde day sittingg on your butt. What I've also heard about fasting is that you got to give your body a ch Acne to heal and save the energy. The best way to do this is by doing nothing basically. Am i right? Please, put some light on my thoughts here.
