Wow! I didn't know that's what happened to that site. I'm sorry to hear that. I liked to read it sometimes. Do you know how long that moderator was fasting? Devils fight all good things. This is very sad.

Do you think "the horses mouth" will see my post and reply? If he doesn't can you answer my questions? We can talk about fasting on this forum too because many of us fast and pray.

Someone did reply to my post, but it's hard to figure out. Is it true that if you eat fat before you start the fast that your metabolism will stay up during the whole fast?

I thought The Fast Doctor said that the fat amount to eat before the fast did not have to be much. I think someone, maybe even The Fast Doctor, said taking a tablespoon of coconut oil would work. You seem to be saying that we should eat fat several days before fasting. Can you clear any of this up?
