Re: Is God egotistical for wanting us to worship and praise Him?

I prefer not to post further on that thread, hopefully for obvious reasons. I was about to set up a separate thread to answer your pertinent questions when I noticed you were fortuitously in contact with 'the horse's mouth', and I'm happy to let him take up the reigns here. But yes, you are quite right - I was indeed giving my accuser the Fast Doctor treatment on the subject. He obviously has no time for the Fast Doctor, coz according to his own account, he has done all the research he needs on the subject, so there is obviously nothing more for him to learn. He knows it all. Good for him, and I hope his fasting remains trouble-free as a result.

As for the forum, unfortunately its founder was obliged to close it down following the unexpected death of one of the moderators. His family were making unfounded and unsubstantiated claims that his death was a direct result of his fasting habit. We were not even aware that Ockegham was fasting at the time of his death, but the forum was an easy target. It seems that fasters are obliged to be immortal, which should annoy vektek no end.
