I am doing a water only but I did add some Sea Salt at the beginning and I lost 10 kg in the first 10 days.. after that, its been 6 days and I havent lost any weight at all!! I just started adding bone broth because I was getting too tired but thats after me not losing weight. Not sure what to do.. should I stop and not waste my energy without any results? or continue as the weight will eventually drop? I asked Dr. Jason Fung who is a Water Fast expert and has experience with many patients and he said this: "Weight varies quite a bit so I don't have an answer for you.". Maybe this means my metabolism is gone? if so im worried what will happen after I break the fast or if I can lose weight on future fasts. I searched online but it seems nobody experienced this on a water fast!
Sorry im a bit paranoid I just been struggling with my weight for years and working on losing weight and never sow results. After the fast, Im doing a Keto diet with 16 hour intermittent fasting everyday.
