I've been dealing with Ascaris for 5 months. Probably had them since childhood. I have not seen any in over a week and the die off symptoms have decreased by a lot , the only thing I'm dealing with is a h pylori infection, which does have a terrible die off reaction also.

Here's what I took for the roundworms: First I started on the Now Wormwood complex tincture, I took 3 of those and once they stopped working I then took mimosa pudida and Neem which are highly effective for intestinal worms. Then once those herbs stopped being effective I took colostrum & Paud arco and was very effective also till this day for the pylori. You should look into them!!
