Yes I am agree on to limit on dairy food. Because whenever I have cow's milk. And iced latte coffee. My pinworm will move.

My pinworm kinda very very weak now. Because I have been on albendazole 2 times a day. So about a week now. I eat rice, toast with butter , ice cream , milk and coffee.

But I want pinworm to be done with me. I will go on strict diet again.

And will take garlic every days again.

what do you guy eat and how do you eat to try to stop pinworm living with you?
