parasites can live in a biofilm that protects them from our immune system and drugs. So destroying the biofilm is one of the critical elements in parasite destruction.
I used 2 caps of bromelain twice a day between meals to help break down the biofilm. It was a game changer.
Dr. Andreas Kalcker uses a supplement called Stone Breaker (chanca piedra) for the same reason. I found it hard on my system but you might not.
Changing your protocol every few months also seemed to work. parasites adapt quickly. I cycled thru an herbal concoction into mebendazole and back again. Both the herbals and drugs were part of a larger protocol.
Bottom line, hit them hard, hit them often and just when you think you have licked them, another type will show up. It's a long term do it yourself project.
Since parasites are everywhere, you have to be proactive in avoiding them and you must do a routine cleanse every 3-6 months. So I will be dealing with parasites forever especially since you never know if you got them all!!!

I also bought some used medical parasitology textbooks on Amazon. One cost $4. They are useful.
