Agreed - Been using off/on for three years with some positive effect and no negative effect.

As you and others have noted, Moxi absorbs rapidty, and therefore poses one of the greatest overdose risks.

Pyrantel actually has been notably effective topically, although it has been my experience that its properties dry rapidly, leading to flaky fall off, which in turn can spread the infection. Requires thin application, and attention to when to waah off and reapply.

Also, pyrantel does not react well with other anti- parasite meds as you know, and as I discovered two years ago after 12 hours of throwing up. That was the first and only time I took it orally.

If nothing else, topicals at least lossen the grip of topical parasites allowing for easier and less traumatic manual removal.

The challenge I have had is in consistency of application and having no "official" playbook. Since such may never be published in our lifetime, your notes, ICU's and Matt's have been very helpful, as have your research referrals.
