Believe me: Body odor has to do with what you eat.
Believe me: Body odor has to do with what you eat.
I had the same problem all my life. How my life has changed for more than one or two years?
After eliminating almost all food from my diet, trying to find the solution, and ending up eating only white rice and salad, and being anemic. One day, I had visit. I was scared and nervous because I had to be close to them and talking to them. I decided to eliminate coffee for that day. Part of my bad breath changed almost inmediately, however that was not enough, so I decided to eliminate all gluten from my life. Go to this site and you will see the connection of coffee and gluten. http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/gluten-issues-or-celiac-dont-drink-coffee/
My life has changed since then. I can go to the doctor's office, dentist's office and everywere without being embarrased and seen people staring at me.
Sometimes I say' "Today I am going to drink some coffee" because I miss it more than the gluten, but my breath gets activated right away.
Other steps I took: Clean my digestive system, my colon.
Take probiotics and enzymes.
Do not forget, better breath and not body odour by eliminating gluten and coffee. But gargles of 50/50 water and peroxyde will clear your breath of old bacteria acumulated through the years.
