Re: Consistent high blood pressure during water fasting

Thanks Archus. I really appreciate all your great inputs. I had to break my fast on the 19th day because there was no avoiding my hectic schedule (although I could have easily pushed it at least a week). My BP has finally seemed to normalize (will see in days to come). I always had low HDL, which has been a concern. I will try to incorporate the things you mentioned. One thing for sure is I don't feel that hungry at all. I took about a glass of juice (mixed) yesterday, and I felt bloated all through the day. Anyhow, my taste and perception has been cleansed nevertheless. I will definitely go for a longer Water Fast during the summer months (fasting during chilly weather is not advisable). For now I am happy where I am. Well for now the real challenge of re-feeding begins. HAPPY FASTING AND LIVE WELL !!!
