Re: Consistent high blood pressure during water fasting

Good news is that your BP is lower than before. BP and sleep do get erratic during a water fast.

My suggestion is to not walk six miles a day. Rest, stay warm and drink warm water are the only thing you should do during a water only fast.

If at all possible meditate and do deep abdominal breathing exercise.

Good weight loss, but do not expect to lose weight at that rate going further in you fast because so far you have lost a lot of water weight.

After the fast try to stay on plant based diet to keep your BP in check. If you eat animal products, limit them. Read Dr. Ignarro's book, NO more heart disease. NO also stands for Nitric Oxide.

Good wishes.
