Great job on 19 days of fasting.

Your blood work shows all good signs. Your HDL seems low despite of regular exercise. There are few things you can do to raise your HDL. Eat good fats, do aerobics and some weight training, include legumes, flax seeds and nuts in your diet, eat grapes, avoid sugars and high carbs.

Also check out food combining, usually fruits and vegetables juices should be made and consumed separately.
