I'm not so confident in the doctor's diagnosis of my having Crohn's. They diagnosed me because I had a condition which people with Crohn's can typically get, but it also frequently occurs in people without. When it was first suggested, my doctor told me he didn't think I did have it. Then when I was sent to see another doctor, they didn't even seem to properly investigate, in fact they assumed 'I knew' that I had Crohn's. Even when I had ultrasound scans and such things 'seemed normal'. But I'm gonna follow up on it. It's possible that I have something going on down there, since I tend to have a problem with gas.

I know I shouldn't be negligent about illnesses like Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis, because when they act, it can drastically upend your life. And also just the fact it could be the root of this problem. But I must wait for appointments, and rescheduled appointments, and rescheduled rescheduled appointments... And I gotta do something in the meantime.


I have a question for you, though. Earlier on you came out and said you'd actually seen noticeable improvements in the condition of your lips. Now truth is I've seen none whatsoever so far for myself. What were the actual changes specifically? Because if something happened, you must've been doing something right. Tweet
