Day 1

I'm not gonna post here every picture as I had done during that last thread I made. Instead I will post a few, and post the link to all the pictures I'd taken that session.

This is the amount of salt I roughly used, I think I poured two of those in. Or was it four? I don't remember but the next couple pics shows it all.









I hope you're able to gather the size of the bowl I used. If you compare it to the size of my hand in the pic it should help.

An example of what my lips are like before the soak and a picture after the soak. If you're noticing that my lips look different in some of the pics, there's like a 20 min time difference, I must've brushed my teeth or wet my lips or something.






One important point

Notice that I'm using a plastic container. You're not supposed to use metal utensils when doing this. For instance you can't stir with a metal spoon because it will ionise the solution and have an effect. I didn't have any wooden spoons so I'm using these plastic ones, closing the lid and shaking the water and salt in order to dissolve it.

It may not be the case, but for those that have had limited success with this method, this may be a consideration. Tweet
