hey again,

Wow thats quite an extreme option to take, I'm no professional but if something is causing the problem with you lips its unlikely that cutting it out will work.

After uve obviously used (sterioid creams/ antiviral/fungal ointments) so you would think that anything caused by the outer layers would be dead.

do you exercise?
