Most certainly. I do indeed agree.
I probably should have been more positively proactive in that respect.
I think I was trying to be over-realistic and possibly try to save myself/ from disappointment of the results, where as I should have been more positively proactive in visualising the cyst leaving.
Also positive affirmation declaring health wouldn't have gone a stray. Guess all good point to take on board.
