Letting go of it and releasing it to the "power', The "universe" or my personal beliefs being to The Creator is really the best thing for the time being.
Practicing mindful gratefulness that "yes I am a much healthier person, I am blessed in so many ways and have so much in life be deeply appreciative of" will go a long way in healing I believe.
