No on knows your past, your food habits, traumas, environmental toxins you faced, etc. Even if we know, it will be difficult to know what your body works on first.
Having done many fasts, I can tell you that every time I fasted the body seemed to be working on a different part of the body. And then we are all different.
A good thing is that you have done intermittent fasting. You will gain a lot in doing a ten day fast.
It is worth it. You also can do ten day fast every six months, but a long fast of thirty days would be most beneficial.
