I did like ¼ to 1/8 per meal, depending on hunger and how big the mellon was. ( I can either be an enormous or light eater personally). I also ate the skin, or I juiced it with the flesh... or my little one ate it for me. Don't just throw 'em. They are too full of benefit. They also help to satisfy. I would cube it all up including the skins and eat with a fork, or juice.
I did 3-4 days, then went into a full week or more of pineapple. I looked and felt the best I had in my whole life. I drank green tea, matcha, sancha, and jasmine and dandelion...
