Re: Mini Healthy Living Diatribe relating to Cysts, Cancers and Our Bodies Requirements for Necessary Function

Going to coacoa is not always a good substitute for coffee (if ever!)... green tea or even better japanese brown rice tea which is specific for those who are getting off caffeine...

I had a very similar problem years back and I discovered the addiction wasn't just to the coffee, but the the warm milk (which creates it own msg when heated) but also the Sugar that went in it and the combo of all those. In the end I was addicted to all warm beverages at certain times of the day, (mid-morning, and at night).

If its milk and Sugar in it as well forming the addiction, then try the white green tea, switch your sweetener to honey, you can add butter too, which somehow makes one ultra satisfied and thus desiring less.... then go to either pain green tea, or switch to rooibos (as you would your instant) or have a dandelion or even a dandelion or turmeric latte (no milk, just butter and coconut oil, honey). It is extremely good and very health benefiting. I take the principle of "bullet coffee" (coffee emulsified with butter and coconut oil) and use it with all herbal teas as treat, especially turmeric/cinnamon with honey.

The best thing I did to help with caffeine was to crowd it out with lots of healthy fats (butter, coconut oil, ghee,...) Now I dread to put it into my body. My partner took me on a road trip and offered to buy me the finest organic coffee in our country, but I bluntly refused!

For myself now as a part of a health protocol I try to make sure I rotate my herbal beverages (no milk no honey)
One night, pau d'arco, one night plain turmeric, one night dandelion, one night just bicarb and water, blackseed tea, and so on. you get the picture.

Make all these things apart of your routine and try as hard as you can to stick to it.

To improve your current anti cancer regime:

-take high dose of it c (2g/day) and enquire into getting it c administered via IV.

-cut out as much simple carbs as you can as cancer feeds form Sugar (consider raw veg, no fruit for a while maybe do a few 3 week stints)

-Include pau de'arco into you life. also make the turmeric apart of your life... put it in every thing you make YES everything, and have it nightly before bed and first thing in the morning.

-pineapple and pawpaw are your friends (if you are eating fruit and simple carbs anyway) as they deteriorate cancer cells.

-try a prolonged Watermelon fast to clear your kidneys, or try including cornskilk as a regular tea you drink.

-drink stinging nettle tea (last thing is best)

-½ to 1 flat teaspoon of bicarb in water in morning or last thing at night.

- and obviously you know to limit the animal proteins and grains. but make sure you eat everything organic. If that means you can only buy a few selected items and supplements then its better just to make do with those, instead of toxins.

-green coffee enemas (happy days!)

-wheatgrass juices (drinking and enemas)

I know it seems like a lot of different teas and drinks... I just ask my little one to line up all my beverages next to my bed at night and in the morning, so they are all ready for me to drink. Have it written out and believe me, just writing it out as a written protocol will help your heart adhere to it with more sincerity.

Peace and healing to you.
