My problem is not just coffee, but *instant* coffee, which is worse than regular coffee.
I was successfully able to get out of eating the Trader Joe's 72% dark chocolate (that was still 40% sugar), replacing it with cacao + coconut oil straight. But I fell back into instant coffee at the same time. It seems I always have one vice..
I agree that voltages are important. But it seems hard to know what to do exactly. Sending the wrong voltage in the wrong direction may actually undo 'good' voltages. Earthing, even if for just 20 seconds per day, may help... I think touching a tree has the same effect as Earthing, on voltage...
