The problem is not when you sell something, you can sell almost anything.
The problem starts when you attach a claim to it.

If you claim that something you sell cures cancer or Aids or Ebola... that is the moment when you are breaking the law.

So, you are free to claim anything ... as long as you are not making any money from those claims ... and as long as you are not selling anything.

And you can also sell a lot of things, as long as you are not attaching any claims to it.

You can sell CS, Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ... and as long as you make no claims of it curing or treating anything ... you are not breaking any laws.

Once you start making claims of curing cancer ... you will, sooner or later... get FDA or FBI on your door.
