You can buy PH strips at health food stores for $10. Before you brush in the morning, test your saliva.
When my saliva was 4.8, I had almost no stomach acid to digest anything (you need alkalinity to make stomach acid).
The first place to look when your digestion is bad, is leaky gut. Do you have those symptoms?
