What lip issue are we talking about here? EC or just normal chapped or dry lips? Lip balm often helped us a lot when we still had normal lips, but now with EC it makes the skin just peel a lot faster, at least in my case.

Haven't personally tried Burts Bees, though. I was just at Duane Reade the other day and saw Burts Bees. Maybe I'll go ahead and buy it and report back here.
