cottonmouth you are right i also think this a wound that takes time to heal im also pretty sure that this is like a skin bulb on my lips from drying them out so bad by licking them constantly before i got this and picking them i have skin bulbs from working out on my hands and they take a while to heal you have to leave them alone and let them heal without trauma also when i have a long shower the skin bulbs on my hands turn white like my lips in my case im confident thats what it is and to let them heal without trauma
