90% raw
I know, body habitus isn't everything in doshas.
I am eating about 90% raw. It is OK if I get enough bananas, dates, other sweet fruits, coconut, avocados. Usually trying to go mono-meal, or with greens if I eat 1 whole avocado. Warm is nice for me, but I usually also feel it takes back away the warmth it gives to be used for digestion, if cooked. I don't have any dehydrated food now - the dried fruit are previously soaked, nuts too, no bread, I am undecided about potatoes - I've put them on hold. I have sprouted beans, lentils, sometimes cooked - this is the only cooked thing left now. So everything I eat has high water content.
I eat vegetables finely sliced or grated, or juiced with about 30% of it being celery. Otherwise they happen to be too strong in taste and concentration. Sometimes I just put water - lastly I juiced watercress, I put about 3 parts water and 1 part watercress.
I hate things directly form the fridge, so I am usually eating room temperature stuff.
