What is the longest you have fasted, desertlili?

I am wondering if there are many vatas who fast longer than 15 days and whether that would be a good idea at all.

It took me about a week to recover from my week long fast. My first week long fast a year ago took me two weeks to recover.

I think I am a pure vata, the pitta in my constitution seems rather low, but I cannot be sure.
