Looks like Ascaris. And they can disseminate in the body. Some on this forum suggest that you take pyrantel paomate to paralyze them so they can't disseminate. It's sold over the counter as Reese's Pinworm medicine in drugstores.
There are other parasites that can come out of the vagina. There have been some suggestions that parasites can cause endometriosis.
Infestation by multiple parasites seems to be very common.
Start a parasite protocol and keep at it.
