Yes, another "help me ID" but no Dr will even acknowledge the possibility.

Is this a parasite? Specifically a whipworm?
I'm sorry that it's another help me ID but I'm sick, been to my GP,a GI, and yesterday the ER for impaction, possible obstruction along with suspected prolapse. It's definitely prolapse just hot sure if rectal? Regardless, everyone just dismisses everything except "constipation" and treats me for that. I'm on 3 laxatives. I know my body, I know this isn't right. I know I've seen things, that my symptoms are spot on - this is the 1st pic bc I've never seen anything quite like this. I feel like I could be going nuts, but I also feel like crap with slight fever, varying appetite - some times food sounds awful - others I'm starved, cant sleep, nausea, vomiting (only yesterday after the ER gave me that lemon lime liquid laxative), Constipation for ~2 weeks with recent destention (I look 5 months pregnant) the list goes on but I'll stop as I don't know what's related and what's not. Please someone help me, even if it's just your story. I feel like the doctors think I'm crazy, that it's only constipation...I know it's more than that.
