I really wasn't planning on getting off the 3 hour protocol soon, as I agree with you. At this point (probably only about half way into the detox) it would risk a lot of mental setbacks and actually be very dangerous. But, what I am wondering is...do you know of people who have eventually done this? And if so, how are they doing? Did they have difficulty, etc? It seems to me once you have most of the mercury out and perhaps no longer have say 95% of the old symptoms, it might be safe to use it on a regular basis as a daily detox supplement (antioxidant) as opposed to doing rounds of 3 hours night and day for three consecutive days. I would just like to have that to look forward to. The question is, how would one know when that is safe to do? Like I said, I think that the way that seems to make the most sense might simply be to track the symptoms and how they have improved. Do you have any thoughts on this?
