Re: Mercury affecting thyroid?

Hi Joe Grane. Thanks again for your help. I do so appreciate it. I have not tried to do long rounds, and I'm actually kind of wondering what that would be like. Would I stay on the detox for a whole week and then take a few days off? Maybe you could tell me what's typical of a long round. I have stuck strictly with A.C. protocol of 3 on 4 off. I have been taking plenty of supplements (listed in another post here) and I ordered a good deal of DMSA and ALA so that I could just keep going forward. I seem to tolerate the doses well. I feel better when on actually. The only thing I dislike about the detoxing is the 3-hour schedule. Other than that, I am fine with it. But like I said, I had the deep itching in my joints that began. This is my second week off...trying to give it a rest because of the itching, and that particular symptom subsided, but I've had a few memory lapses. I do not take any other medications. I am not a spring chick however. I'm 63, so I know that bouncing back with not be as young people would have it. And considering the Amalgam was in my mouth for a good 50 years...wow. That though in itself is enough to make me sick! Upon getting this new info on me, do you have any suggestions? I would be willing to try the longer schedule, but is the redistribution more difficult upon stopping for a break when doing it for a longer period?
